As a SENCo in a small school I am often so busy that there is little time to consider what else I could be doing to improve my effectiveness in the role. This lack of strategic thinking space is a common issue for those of use working in the UK school system who are at school level. I had a feeling that AI could help me to focus thinking and provide more effective support to colleagues, whilst empowering them as well. So I have put together this AI tool to provide myself with something that I can use to bounce off when considering the needs of our children and how we work to meet them in this post apocalyptic SEN world that we find ourselves in.
The team here have really liked these little tools and both they and I have found them to be really useful. Over time I have used it for a wide range of duties related to SEN, mostly to ask that ‘what else could we do’ question. Have fun!
